Privacy Policy

How iSoft handles the personal data you share through this website.

Who we are

This website, isoft.ao, is run by ISOFT LDA (“iSoft”), Avenida Comandante Gika, n.º 114, Alvalade, Luanda, Angola. You can reach us at info@isoft.ao or +244 938 777 777. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Demo request form: your company name, email address, phone number, company size and the product you are interested in.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your number and messages under its own terms.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider keeps server logs with your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your message or request, to prepare the quotes and demos you ask for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

  • Form messages are sent by email to our mailbox, info@isoft.ao.
  • The website is run by our hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
  • Fonts, icons and page animations are loaded from Google Fonts and from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These services receive your IP address when they send the files to your browser.
  • The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. Google receives your IP address when the map loads.
  • Our pages link to our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts. Once you follow one of those links, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you. If we start working together, we keep the records that our contract and Angolan law require.

Cookies and browser storage

The website itself sets no cookies. Some parts of our pages save small technical settings in your browser’s local storage so the pages work properly; this is not used to track you. When the map on our Contact page loads, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under Angola’s Personal Data Protection Law (Lei n.º 22/11, of 17 June), you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Send your request to info@isoft.ao. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Angola’s data protection authority, the Agência de Protecção de Dados (APD).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
