Technology consulting

Turn business needs into clear technology decisions.

The solution

ISOFT helps assess your environment, define priorities and build an improvement roadmap aligned with your organisation's objectives. Most organisations do not lack technology; they lack a clear picture of what they have, what it costs, where it fails and what to change first. We give management that picture in plain language, compare the realistic options with their costs and risks, and leave you with a roadmap your team can execute, whether with ISOFT or with anyone else.

Business value

Greater clarity to invest, reduce risk and guide digital transformation.

Service scope

Technology consulting

Four stages, each with a clear deliverable. Where AI helps, it is marked.

01

Assessment of systems, processes, risks and dependencies

Interviews, inventory and technical review of applications, infrastructure, security and suppliers, with the dependencies between them made visible.

Assisted environment analysis
02

Solution architecture and comparison of technical options

Target architecture for the areas that matter, with two or three realistic options compared on cost, risk, timing and fit with your team.

03

Investment planning and prioritisation of initiatives

A roadmap of initiatives ranked by business impact and urgency, with budget ranges, sequencing and quick wins for the first ninety days.

Initiative prioritisation
04

IT governance, policies and procurement guidance

Decision rights, policies and indicators for IT, plus independent support for tenders, supplier evaluation and contract review.

Knowledge assistant
AI use cases

Three AI use cases, all optional

Optional. Every AI feature uses data you approve, can be switched off, and keeps a person in the loop.

Assisted environment analysis

Reads inventories, configurations and contracts you provide and produces a first map of systems, versions, licences and end-of-life dates for the consultants to verify.

Initiative prioritisation

Scores candidate initiatives against the criteria agreed with management and shows how the ranking changes when the weights change.

Knowledge assistant

Answers your team's questions about the delivered policies, roadmap and architecture documents, so the work keeps being used after the project ends.

  • You are about to make a large purchase (ERP, data centre, network) and want the options compared before signing.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us

Are you independent from the solutions you recommend?

The assessment and the comparison are delivered as independent documents you can take to any supplier. If you later ask ISOFT to implement, that is a separate proposal.

How long does an assessment take?

A focused assessment of one area takes three to four weeks. A full environment review for a mid-sized organisation takes six to ten weeks, with findings presented to management at the end.

What do we receive at the end?

An assessment report, a prioritised roadmap with budget ranges, the architecture or option comparison where relevant, and a management presentation. Documents are delivered in Portuguese, with English on request.
